Can't sign in

Reset your password from the password reset page or the app's sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.

Using the app

Athletes log training in the BarMetrics mobile app; coaches program on the web. Workouts log offline and sync when you're back online. Get the app.

Billing

Coach subscriptions are managed on the web under Settings → Billing. For refunds or invoice questions, email support@barmetrics.app.

Delete your account or data

In the app go to Profile → Delete Account, or see how account deletion works. Our Privacy Policy covers what we keep and why.
